14/08/2018 · It is the answer I got from EA Support. The PS4 controller is not officially supported for Madden NFL 19 for the PC. The Xbox One and Xbox 360 controllers will work with the game. If you are using a PS4 controller, it will not work properly with the game. That's why people are having issues with it.
